‘first aid’ on IRCS, PAWF assembly training

A two-day “first aid training” organized by the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) Nagaland State Branch in collaboration with Performing Arts with Fitness (PAWF) Nagaland culminated on February 6 at PAWF Centre GX Studio, Dimapur.
A press release by IRCS Nagaland stated that the training conducted by St. John Ambulance first aid master trainer, Kholie Dol, was attended by 11 fitness trainers associated with PAWF Nagaland.
Dolf, an experienced and certified first aid master trainer, provided insights into various aspects of first aid, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques, wound care, and emergency response strategies.
The participants were actively engaged in hands-on practical sessions, simulating real-life scenarios to enhance their proficiency in providing immediate assistance.
The comprehensive program, encompassing both theoretical knowledge and practical applications of first aid, aimed to equip fitness trainers with essential life-saving skills and knowledge, emphasizing the importance of quick and effective response in emergency situations.
